RESIDENCE SMOLYAN is our first project as Euroinvest. The project started on our own land which is in the city center of Smolyan. It is only 15kms to the famous ski center Pamporovo located on Rhodope Mountains at 1750 mts altitude. This area is famous by its natural bio-agriculture, clean air, thermal springs, caves and a lot of natural masterpieces, besides the ski resorts.  

The construction has been executing under our supervision. The raw construction had already been completed.

The project includes 12 luxury apartments, one shop and three closed garages to be delivered all finished. 

Selling price of the apartments are 850,-euros/sq.mt. and the units are 70 - 95 - 105 sq.mts. We will manage the maintenance of the building after selling as well as to let the apartments on behalf of the owners.
